I arrived at night and had an early departure the following day so I needed a place close to the airport. The car service was complimentary and the staff were great. The room was very nice, in line with expectations for the price
The mini bar didn't have snacks. Two bananas were provided though which helped.

Staff are highly motivated and deliver quality services at any time.
Chef Moti is a magician who delivered two award-worthy dishes in one day: kadala curry to go with puttu, and beetroot kebab.
Garlic in practically every vegetarian dish!
The kitchen was kind enough to provide garlic-free dishes almost every time, but it's embarrassing for the guest to keep making requests.

Its been a long dream come true. I have crossed this property many times as I am localite. Always wanted to stay but did t get right time. It happened this time and it was too short, only one day.
Property has everything so nothing to complain.
Especially liked the calmness inside the property even though it is in main road and adjacent to flight landing runway.

I booked for Triedent hotel to stay and they moved me to Hilton hotel
Unbelievable
It's good if I get money back
I paid 175$ for ocean view room in trident hotel and when I reach the staff told me they're rooms are all booked fully and they allocated room in Hilton which is close by and room is small and all the amenities are minimal
I demand to return some money what i paid
