This was a most exceptional stay I’ve had at a hotel. Of course, the hotel was beautiful, so verdant and green (and beautifully different in that way), it was also well located for me (close to the airport). But the differentiating factor of this hotel was undoubtedly, the staff. At every corner, all of the staff, without exception, were above and beyond caring, courteous, and attentive. This does not come without an emphasis and training by the leadership, and I am deeply appreciative of that. The food and dining was great too, with a large variety and very good taste. I would definitely recommend this property, and will personally be back! Thank you to all the staff members.

Convenient location near the airport. Nice, large rooms and bathroom with fine wood details and amenities like robes and ironing board in the room. Helpful and polite staff.
My room had a musty smell. The hallway and the rest of the hotel did not have this smell so perhaps it was the AC filter. I didn’t ask to change rooms since I was only there one night but probably should have since it was bothering me during the night. I’m sure the staff would have accommodated. The windows were inoperable so I couldn’t get any fresh air in.

great airport hotel for an early flight. staff super accommodating, even pre arranged to deliver fresh coffee at 4:30 am alongwith wake up call. clean, convenient, super responsive.
restaurants only open 7 pm so we had early dinner from pool menu which was slow and not great.

Location
Shaving blade given was of poor quality. For the money charged such things should be good or excellent. Gillette brand Mach 3 or Fusion 5 blades are quite cheaper these days and the hotel can buy it at discounted prices.
Drinking water should be Aquafina or Kinley water. Water in glass bottles cannot be assumed to be clean. Instead of Glass cups go for plastic cups which are hygienic and disposable.

The customer service was excellent!
From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident.
Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.
