Excellent food. Excellent staffs at food area. Thoroughly enjoyed .
Chefs and other cafeteria staffs are quite friendly and proactively checking guests of their requirements.
Hotel house keeping staffs are quick to attend of any issues/ requests/ cleaning, etc .
Room size is quite small for the rate we pay . Luggage holder/table is kind of blocking space .. actually I had to hit the corner of it few times and it actually hurts :) , Rooms sizes are same at all floors but advertised names are different , Paid almost double the price for the same room when I booked third time ..It is a kind of cheating not sure it is hotel or booking.com deceiving customers with different names for the same type of room and charging more .
some staffs suits walk straight head to us and staring on multiple occasions .. .what are they doing it for ??
There were confusions between staffs on what is included in the reservation like lounge/breakfast/dinner , no sure how their system tells correctly to one staff and not to another, This is creating embarrassing moments and provoking drunk guests for hotel's fault which is very bad.

Very friendly staff and the food was exceptional
I heard from a co-worker that they got daily gifts of towels made into animal shapes, and another day, got rose petals on the table and a small ornament elephant gift. I stayed for a week at the hotel and did not get any of this treatment. I was also the main booker of the rooms for myself and my business colleague and i did not get any special treatments like this.

We made reservations at the bar for drinks and asked for a specific table for 23:00. We arrived at 23:05 and table was occupied. Staff said you were late which was a total lie as the couple sitting at table were there a while. VERY upset for extremely poor service
