What I liked: The service provided by the staff was excellent – they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is also a big plus, with many shopping areas close by and easy access to the city center. What I didn’t like: The property could use better maintenance. There were issues like water leakage, torn bedsheets, and sightings of cockroaches. Overall: Aside from these concerns, everything else was good. It offers great value for money considering the service and location.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Almost brand new and a super clean unit, well maintained. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, large living area, and a kitchet, etc... Helpful staff

Rooms and property were clean. The managers Sunny and Bala were very responsive to our requests. The staff on site were very helpful and cheerful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the folks are trustworthy. We stayed there twice (two one-week stays). We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for a family of 4. Rooms were spacious. There is also a large sitting area and a dining area. Kitchen was well equipped and included a microwave. Breakfast was delivered by 8:30 am. It's a South Indian breakfast with idli, dosa, vada, pongal or upma combination. We requested only 3 breakfasts as it was more than sufficient for 4 of us. There's a department store at Raja St about 50 m from the hotel for any supplies (milk, coffee, etc) we needed. Mathsaya restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk. They have great buffets all day. We would also order and pick up in case we came back late. There are also a number of restaurants in the Pondy Bazaar area (Adyar Ananda Bhavan, Geetham, etc) within walking distance (walking anywhere in the city is a challenge due to the condition of the sidewalks). There is also Nanu's Kitchen (catering service) a few houses away and you can order meals from there and the staff can pick it up. The apartment has laundry service. They pick up by 8 Am and deliver the next morning. The location is great. It is less than a 5-minute walk to Pondy Bazaar. It is actually easier to walk to Pondy Bazaar as Metro rail construction work around Panangal park has caused a traffic mess. You have to take a circuitous route to get there due to one way and road closures. Natesan Park is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It's a really nice park with a walking track and lots of activities ( exercise equipment, yoga and meditation classes. It's very clean inside the park and I would take a 5-mile walk inside every morning. The apartment is right next to the Agasthiyar Temple.

Location, helpful staff, air conditioning, lift, good Indian breakfast, spacious rooms. Bottled water provided. The floor was cleaned well. Good sized fridge. Taxi cars can be hired easily from reception. Manager was very helpful and polite.
