Good property and well maintained. Room & restaurant staffs were friendly and helpful.
Food wasn't good, particularly breakfast. Aloo Partha wasn't cooked properly, Vada was hard, Chicken curry taste wan't good. Also not much varieties in food for breakfast. I didn't get the room I booked and I was told about this only after I paid the money. They upgraded to a different room but that was smaller than the one I booked. Later I checked and upgraded to a different room. It took almost 1 hour to get the room. The front office staff should have told me about the room status as soon I came in. This wasn't a good experience and not a good value for money for me.

Room was good sea view. Some materials like cot was old wood but otherwise comfort was good. Can't expect like ultra modern new houses like intercontinental or Sheraton grand but a good resort with good rooms in sea side. Lawn is well maintained and proximity to beach is there. Staff were very friendly and took care of us well.
