Called the hotel a day earlier to request an early check in ( staff mentioned it wasn't a problem)
Arrived the next day at 1pm, was attended by Ms Anamika ( not friendly and lacked hospitality). Took all our details and requested to wait for 10min to prepare our room key. I had 2 kids under 4 who were exhausted after a long travel. Despite that, we waited. At 1.57pm (40min later) I went up to enquire about my rooms (booked 2 rooms for 4 adults) and instead of informing me that I'm being passed on to someone else she ignores me. Now Ms Kulu attends to me.
The major issues started now where their system shows I've booked for only 2 person for 2 rooms. I was told to make an additional payment for 2 adults. I wasn't aware of what the issue was, neither were the staff helpful in possibly explaining. Despite the long wait and the lack of communication, this happens. Because I was unaware of the problem, I made the extra payment.
Finally checked into our rooms at 4-5pm. And they checked us into an unclean room. The bed literally looks like someone just used it and bathroom with used towels no amenities stocked up. An hour later after so much of going back and forth Ms Kulu (Duty Manager- found out later as I was frustrated and wanted to chat to a manager). She gave us another room.
I confirmed with Booking.com and found out there was a system error, despite knowing this with proof. Ramada still made it so difficult to solve this case promptly. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but wasted up to 6hrs and more in total simply trying to solve this issue.
Overall, please do yourself and your family a favour do not waste you time and money here. Service is bad, some staff are ik but alot of them need more Hospitality Training and Problem solving skills.

The breakfast spread was good and most food items were tasty too. The matka Yogurt was nice ! The Chicken sandwich [In Room dining] was good and was served quickly too.
Breakfast: The fruits seemed to have been cut the previous night and watermelon pieces were falling apart. Also the same 3 fruits everyday is very boring ! We had lunch at the Coffee shop and were told that the food would take about 20 minutes to be ready. But even after 45 minutes the food wasn't served and the staff's empty promises were really annoying, especially considering we had a little child and 3 elders for lunch. The service also was definitely lacking. Water is topped up only when asked and one had to constantly compete with another table for attention to call a waiter ! Seriously ?? Badly trained staff ! The front office staff [Reception] pick up the phone and ask "yes, what do you want " ? THIS IS OFFENSIVE !!!! Even a local govt. office staff pick up the phone and wish you politely before answering your queries. The Body lotion, Body wash, etc in the bathrooms had run out and when asked to refill, the House keeping lady's 'honesty' was appalling...... "Sorry Sir, we've already ordered, it's expected only tomorrow evening" !! BETTER WAKE UP OR LOSE OUT !!!!

Well location ambiance were good .
Food the rice used for biryani and white rice was not upto the mark ,a good chef is needed the aloo paratha were half cooked. , sambar was horrible , upma eas equally worst. The night before I had buffer dinner they need a good chef and menu

Spacious rooms and good location
Prices of in room dining was too high.They are charging almost double.When I was leaving the next day the staff claims that I have used a Himalayan water bottle which I didnt.Then they make up by sending pictures of the bottle from the room saying that I used and at first the tag saying it is chargeable was not there.But in the next photo the tag was there.On the whole they made me pay for it.Looking at the attitude of the guy in the reception seems like they are doing it regularly.So kindly everyone before you leave the room check the minibar with the hotel staff.

Only cleaning stafff is good
Everything The staff were extremely un welcoming and no one to asssist. Reception is extremely bad and need improvement. Taxi service is not available in a 5 star hotel and that is bad. Despite such bad service they take so much money and its not worth it. The morning buffet is the same dry menu every single day and its annoying.

The location was ideal. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes to choose from. Baskar at the conceirge was attentive, helpful and pleasant.
The shower area was designed in such a way that water would seep to the dry area of the bathroom. A very minor issue in an otherwise pleasant stay.
