The breakfast need to improvement.. like add some butter for toast bread.
The aircorn is not cooling enough. Need to monitor the facilities. The washroom should be good for the cleanest.

Location is the only plus point.
- Cleanliness has gone down
- Staff is not prompt in providing services
- Breakfast is not provided on time. We had to skip it since it was not ready.
- Bathrooms are not maintained well. Very musty smell and dirty commodes

The check-in process and the rooms were nice and clean.
I had taken the room for a few hours and was checking out early. I was half way thru my shower when the water stopped. Had to call the staff multiple times to get the water running. Absolutely no excuse. Water is basic. And when I check out the staff were fast asleep on the couch at the reception. So had to just drop my key card at the counter and left.
