The entire hotel was incredible and one of the best that we have ever stayed in. In particular, the staff at breakfast (especially Awash and Kati) made us feel right at home and made us a specific dessert on the last meal of our trip. My wife and I had a fantastic time here and made great use of all of the amenities that we could, including the gym, getting a haircut, and the chai events in the lobby. We would absolutely stay here the next time we are in Chennai.
There is nothing that comes to mind that could be improved - the hotel and staff seemed to have thought of everything!

All the staff were amazing. The breakfast staff were very helpful. I caught a cold from all the fans going at the wedding events I attended (Not from the Hyatt) and the staff made me a hot water lemon and ginger drink to help me feel better, and then gave me a takeaway cup to go. Greatly appreciated. The security staff were also welcoming and helpful, and very thorough. They also kept me updated on the cyclone and flight cancellations. So special thanks to the head of security. Our room assistant kept our room spotlessly clean and was so friendly and nice. The reception staff were also amazing and helpful especially Zoya. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly return to the Park Hyatt Chennai. Thank you to all your amazing staff, you made our 12 day stay very special.

We love the attention to details by the staff, every department were helpful as we needed their assistance. Starting from Sneha at the front desk, who helped keep all our family near each other, as we had 3 rooms. Ravi & Lov with our luggages. Chef Swarnendu, Rahul, Arindam and rest of the service staff who were attentive throughout every meal. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable and memorable one.

The breakfast is good with a wide spread of varieties. The attention from Rahul, Arindam, Avash, Karthick and the service staff was exceptional. Everyone of them were super attentive and made our stay both memorable and comfortable. The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.
There’s isn’t a thing we didn’t like the whole experience was well tied together.

The Hotel is really good and it was really easy to connect with them since the beginning. Communication through Whatsapp to arrange transfers and solve any issues was amazing. Breakfast and Dinner are perfect, in general, no issues staying there.
It was quite complicated to understand how to turn off the lights in the room as the switches were somehow connected, but after you understand how that thing works it just enter in the perfect stay mode.

It’s my second visit here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were warm, friendly and willing to help. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I liked the how the room was comfortable for me and my family to stay and how great the service was!
In swimming pool area no water in washroom, we have to use paper. This is the only bad thing other than this it was amazing stay.
