Beautiful building, great staff drivers, restaurant excellent. Attentive staff.
There seems to be more staff than needed. The air conditioning in the room was quite humid… damp smell. Information regarding reservations at the 2nd floor restaurants is hard to find.

Loved this hotel!!! Its extravagant, the opulence was amazing and the hotel had this small nuggets of fantastic restaurants within them and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were just amazing, friendly and helpful.

There was a large group who were staying made a lot of noise till late night, breakfast buffet was very crowded, items were not refilled in a timely manner. Could some variation in the South Indian breakfast

Morning breakfast queue , felt the space for breakfast area is smaller compared to the hotel guest capacity, there was a 20 minute waiting time although the staff handled it well

Breakfast spread excellent and best - little wait time to get the live counter items and for refilling several dishes. So plan your breakfast times according to the crowd. Cleanliness and location was excellent
