It’s located in a residential area, peaceful. And the manager essaki , is very polite and co-operative.overall we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for family.

Located about a kilometer plus from the main road in a residential area.
Access to main road on foot. Mention that rooms are spread over ground and first level, and there's no lift.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
The location is a bit off, the bathroom can be refreshed. There was no places to eat close by.

This place is a scam. It could not have received its "superb 9.2" score without cheating.
First, it is not a hotel, it is a home, located in a dark neighborhood. No signs on the outside, only calling the place I could find it. Inside was messy and dirty, accepted by a guy who seemed to be also the guard and cleaner, and could not speak English. Although no one else was there the check-in process took 30 minutes (!) of filling forms, during which the guy was on the line with owner (who wasn't there, but his voice on the phone was constantly shouting in Tamil). Neither could speak more than a few words in English. All this process was done in such unpleasant atmosphere, I though of leaving the place but was so tired I decided to waive my bad thoughts. But after 30 minutes when needed to pay I realized they will not accept anything other than cash Indian Rupees - no cards, no foreign currency, no PayPal, no other means and no ATM nearby. I took myself and went out of that place. I am 62, a frequent traveler, and frankly can't recall similar incident in my life.

Lovely people, really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. And the beds were so comfy!
We booked very last minute and everything was perfectly in order.
Not a big dislike but maybe change the naphthalene tablets in the bathroom to something that isn't so strong smelling?
