Location was central. The bedroom size was perfect for me and family.
Breakfast was not up to standards. There were room fresheners in the AC duct and the smell was so strong and absolutely terrible for all three days that we were there. The bathroom had a sewage smell the entire time whenever we used it. The sink was clogged, as well as the shower drain so water would leak everywhere when shower was being used. The extra bed provided was not comfortable. We will not be choosing to stay at a Hyatt again after this experience.

Room was good. However, the noise from the reception below permeates since there is an open design. I had to call the reception at 2 AM and complain about the noise. Breakfast was just OK...I thought the fare at Hyatt Pune was quite a bit better. Dinner options were quite good.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency. The hotel design was great, the food choices were fantastic and the service from staff was above snd beyond. Here are some of the staff who made it an even better experience:

Breakfast choices were excellent, staff were too good, quality and taste of items were excellent.
Somehow my room key got demagnified and did not work when we returned from an evening out. The hotel staff had no answer how it could have happened although they fixed the problem immediately. Another matter was : we asked for late check out as our flight was late night at 9.30 pm. The staff simply declined saying "we are heavily booked" without checking if it was possible or not. In most hotel we could stay 24 hours and as we checked in at 17.00 hours we could have stayed there till 17.00 but they started to push us out at 12.00 which I refused. Then the Manager came on the line and insisted we check out then and there which was at 4.00 pm which I thought was a bit rude and inconsiderate.as we had our handicap son with us. The standard check in is at 15.00 hours and check out at 12.00. These are primarily for the convenience of hotel but for the customer it should be 24 hours checkout as is the practice in many hotels.

Excellant service by breakfast staff. They attended to all our small requests including making special bengali dish Luchi and Alu Dum one day in morning. Special credit goes to Restaurant manager Partiban, Servers Santu, Rahul, Chef Amir, House keeping Sanu
Room was very spacious, but bathroom towel hangers completly missing. Also no cupboard provided in bedroom only in washroom there was one.

Very friendly staff, right from checkin, all the way to concierge and cloak room staff to doorman who greeted us when arriving or departing.
Amazing breakfast spread.
Excellent restaurants like Spice Haat lunch buffet and Stix
Very silent despite being on a ultra busy road.
They were painting some portions of the walls which meant paint smell as soon as well got off the elevators in our floor.
The club wasn't worth the extra money. It barely had any snacks and coffee was just from a cappuccino machine.

Food was good. but could add more variety in the buffet. The lounge on the 9th floor was the best with good snack and wine. Pleasure to spend time there.
Egg/Omlette was not well prepared even after request for well cooked egg.
Also baby food was slightly spice
