Its has been an awesome stay for me there. The staffs are very kind and hospitality is awesome. Especially that reception madam, she is soo sweet. I would love to stay here next time when I visit. Staffs are available all time and room service is awesome.

Booking a cheap hotel near a main station can be a gamble. This time I hit the jackpot. The hotel is very close to central train station and metro, so it is very convenient for getting to the airport too. The room was large, clean and comfortable plus it had every facility you could want including strong WiFi and unlimited hot water. It was the staff, however, that made this hotel special. Every member of staff genuinely wanted to ensure that their customers have the best stay. Putting all this together means that this hotel offers outstanding value too. I highly recommend this budget friendly hotel.

This hotel is In front of mgr central railway backside gate. Though location is in conjusted area.
Behaviour and dealing of Receptionist Jayashree was exceptionally good.
Easy access to public transport. Bus no. 2A stops just 20 steps away. Easy to go any where.
Pathway to rooms is a bit narrow. Washroom is little small. Old built building.

No complementary breakfast and it is ok. The location and the staff are very good. My appreciation for the staff particularly.

This is a normal budget hotel (inn) with all basic facilities. But the rooms and bathroom was extremely clean like you will find in your home. The AC was working good, 24x7 hot water facility reasonably okay internet speed. But their staffs were exceptionally trained well and they were very good and punctual on service. The lady at the front desk (Jayshree) was very friendly, professional, polite and always ready to help you. She speaks very good English communication and much better customer service than many 3 star front desk staffs..I recommend this hotel for budget travel with extremely clean room, bathroom and good housekeeping service..
Their internet speed should have been much faster but it was still reasonably good.
