Hotel amenities are good and the environment is really good. Staff behaviour is also good
Beds are really small. I had 2 beds but each bed can not accommodate more than one person. The location is very bad. It's far away from any point. If you are planning for jungle safari, don't stay here. Not value for money.

The staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to cover the severe shortcomings of the property. The food was exceptional.
Its a quite large property which is extremely ill maintained. We went there as per the ratings and the pictures given at the website. But in reality it was a horrid place, a mere shadow of what it had actually looked once. The rooms were extremely shabby, the bathrooms were dirty, the hot water wasnt running, the restaurant terrace was filled with dirt and looked like a Bhoot Bungalow... the swimming pool was frighteningly dirty... we just survived the evening somehow

The Staff and personal care. The Manager Mr. Dhirendra Lama is very helpful. The chef Mr.Komol Lohar took personal interest about our choices and served the best tasty food . Will always remember the most endearing Staff Mr. Shimon Baral . Service with smile. Will love to visit again this property whenever possible. Best Wishes to Riverwood Forest Retreat Neora Nodi. Had excellent experience.
Location is too inside and lacks proper display of destination. Housekeeping needs better than what at present. Because of Corona Virus issues we were the only occupant ofcourse when we were leaving people came.

Very Good
The fact that the resort had loads of flora inside was a big plus. The food was also very homely and cooked with heart.
The quantity for each food item along with the pricing could have been more well thought out.
