Exceptional
very friendly staff. I would love to mention front office manager and his team was awesome.. Ajmal from the room service was great and friendly. I would recommend this resort to my friends & family in future to have a comfortable and memorable stay..2 girls trainee who served awesome food in the restaurant.Awesome guys.. Kudos to all the team.

Very Poor
The location was pretty good.
Everything else was below par.
The service was abysmal. Everyone except Midhun, one of the reception staff were wildly incompetent. At one point after asking multiple times for a pillow, one of the people came with a stained pillow and said "if you have a problem with the stain, i can change it" and when i asked to change it, he proceeded to remove the cover in front of me and put on another slightly less dirty one on it. When asked for an extra blanket right after, i got one bundled up haphazardly which makes me strongly suspect that it was taken from an adjoining cottage which was being vacated without being cleaned. The next day some staff tried to open the door to my cottage and ran/speedwalked away when i called out from the upstairs window. Neither the kettle nor the fridge worked.

The food was okay.
Most things! The bungalow had a very bad internal staircase going up to the bedroom with no handrail and so difficult to climb. The pool looked dirty. The staff were generally unhelpful. The main blind in the bedroom did not work nor did the fan in the bathroom. The seating in the rest area was very uncomfortable and needed replacing.

Courteous staff..but need direction to operate..food was good and reasonable
He hotel management has to really think about pulling things together and get more organized.for example on ordering food more than an hour and half of service time..the breakfast buffet was empty...took forever to be refilled..the resort being 20 kms away from the town..your plans can be toppled especially when you are with kids...they really need to get a sense of time and number of people they need to cater to
