Amazing hospitality of all the staffs. Mr. Sumit at front office and all other hotel employees were very helpful and generous throughout our stay. The property was clean and perfectly maintained.
The size of the property is a bit smaller than expected with limited amenities. But that doesnt matter much specially in Baga.

Location was good, with view of river and greenary. Staff was courteous and helpful specially Mr Sumit. Welcome drink with seashell necklace. Breakfast spread was also good. Rooms were spacious.
1st of all, this property is surely not 5 star. It's a 28 room property with standard amenities and there nothing luxurous or grandeur which anyone expects from 5 star property. They call them boutique one, but it's not that as well with the kind of amenities and quality of rooms. We had taken 4 rooms for 2 nights and there was some issue with air conditioning in all rooms which was making everything in the room moist which no one was able to explain or rectify. Bathroom wash basins in all rooms were choking. Prices of ALL food items for room service were exorbitantly very high!!

Really friendly and nice staff!! This was our fifth hotel in India and by far the nicest staff we have met. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and also for the little surprises for Holi and Womens Day. Rooms are clean, cutely decorated, quiet, have awesome views (especially the sunrise is fantastic!), great working shower, and the bed is very comfortable. Special shout-out to Vishwajit at the reception - thank you for a lovely check-in experience and our upgrade! Breakfast is delicious compliments to the chef Ankita, who prepared delicious dishes for us! The buffet items also changed on a daily basis, which was nice to not have repetition. Pool was also very relaxing, and we especially loved the four-poster chill beds and book selection. Can only highly recommend this place!!

the staff made my staff exceptional from the minute I arrived rupesh and the team looked after me. each and every member of the team were respectful, kind and treated me like a family member or best friend. preeti, Saisha, harry, the chef were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as easy and stress free as possible. they definitely should be acknowledged for all the hard work they do to provide an exceptional experience for their customers. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends that come to visit goa. really a big thank you from the bottom of my heart.
