If you want to live peacefully and close to Baga then go for this villa. It's awesome.we loved the villa and the ambience and everything about it. This place has a very positive vibe . Caretaker were very helpful and efficient. Fantastic sparkling clean pool . Amazing . Keep up the good work .

The stay was spacious to accommodate 10 people with a big hall on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on first and second floors, 3 washrooms, and also with additional mattresses and pillows. The neighbors are friendly, calm with zero disturbance. The pool is not so big, but big enough to chill with 10 friends. It gets congested and awkward when others(guests) get into the pool. Overall the place was quite comfortable with almost all the required amenities and a caretaker to address any issues 24/7.
We went during the rainy season. The path to our villa was slippery, and the main door was too tight to open. There could have been additional mats or a mopping stick to clean the wet areas. These can be taken care of.. these all are negligible when compared with the hospitality, and the joyous moments that we had during our stay.

The location of the property is a very calm one. With soo much greenery around, a lot of birds, the overall experience was mesmerising

Our caretaker Bishu was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was great. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Perfect for group stays.
Out of the 3 rooms, 1 room had no attached bathroom. For a 3bhk of this price range, proper rooms with attached bathrooms are expected.

Had an amazing experience in the Villa. Location was too good. host was very sweet and humble. Villa was well maintained. Baga beach was very close. Even Anjuna and vagator was close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was big and nice. Bishu our caretaker was very helpful who arranged our vehicles , water sports , scuba diving , food etc he made our trip so comfortable. Value for money, highly recommend.
Nothing at all but wish the pool was allowed to use in the mid night. I know it's not possible anywhere. Lol

Location of the property is pretty convenient. Baga, Candolim, Vagator, etc are very nearby.
The staff was very helpful, so was the owner. They helped us to get rental scooters too.

The property was clean , well maintained and in a very decent conditions , how ever we found that the cushions on the beds were way too soft ( it was like being sucked in the cushion )and the AC in the living room wont work, Mr.Sagar the house keeping staff is one of those few good people who are always happy to help .
Ok so this place is only good if you are travelling with your family and or just want to chill, this place is not for party people you cant stand out side your villa and smoke in the nights , the head of staff Mr. Bishu is too interfering and will treat you like a kid always poking to not do this or that which to any grown up individual is irritating
