Son has peanut allergy and was so well accommodated by head chef Ramesh

Highly recommended we did breakfast buffet and dinner included well worth it

Location 10 minutes to airport
First came here 10 years ago it was amazing it this time it seemed dated food quality and variety especially in the buffet was nor as good especially it being a 5 star property .
Also water leaks out off the shower as the shower door is the same level as the bathroom floor so drips down the door leaving the outside flooded had to put a towel down outside which wasn’t ideal
As somebody could slip injurying themselves and could sue the premises for lack of safety

We requested a twin share room specifically, which they didnt provide. It defeats the purpose of resting for a night and we were pretty exhausted for the lack of better sleep due to such an inconvenience. Staff isnt helpful either

I booked just a day in advance and I did for the same day when I should have booked for the next day. They still accommodated us and there were three rooms, much appreciated. Nice selections of whiskey and Wine. The rooms were nice and the facilities were good. My go to location when visiting Golden Temple. Thank you for your Hospitality!!

Had an extremely disappointing stay with Radisson Blue. Starting with the room comfort, these guys couldn't control the cooling in the room, we had to call them multiple times but eventually we asked them to bring us heaters and more blankets so we don't freeze. The in room dining experience was equally bad. They delivered the food without any cutlery & plates. The drinking water they provided was foul smelling, and when we asked for mineral water, they said they don't have it at all, and instead just refilled the bottles with tap water. The breakfast next day was chaos as well with hardly any place to sit in the restaurant, but the cherry on the cake was the checkout experience, they struggled for over 45 minutes to give us the bill. Ours was not an isolated experience, while checking out there were many other guests complaining about the services or lack thereof. AVOID this one for your own sake.
