Room size was good.
Location wasn’t great, even the Real Name of the Hotel was not been put up. Instead of Hotel Amritsar Inn, it was shown as some H K International or something, it was kind of misleading. The washroom was horrible, the Hot Water supply was limited till 10 am, what would one do if the washroom had to be used in the evening/night times and that too during Winters, the flush of the Commode wasn’t working and nobody attended to it even after highlighting it multiple times. It was quite embarrassing and extremely inconvenient. The subscription of the TV/OTT/cable was done post multiple reminders.

It was nothing to cheer about, no professionalism all staff plus owner was ride, tea and coffee was pathetic and even they don't take any complaint seriously, owner start arguing with me when I told about service and quality of food. Never suggest anyone to ruin your trip.
Maybe cost was good but whole hotel was empty when we checked in, so I think there was a discount, food what we order was responsible good

very bad condition in room dust r available in everywhere,in night lots or power fluctuations no ac work in whole night so our experience is very bad to stay in this hotel

Nothing. It's total waste of money...
Behaviour of the staffs. Dirty room, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Very dirty bathroom and commode. Flush of the commode does not work properly..Even water bottle is not provided free of cost. Floor of the hotel room was uneven and my child got injured also..
