The place was simple, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed a hot breakfast. delivered to us at the door, both mornings. The location was quiet except for the sounds of birds in the morning. Kasturi restaurant was within walking distance (10 minutes) as was Varsoli beach (35 minutes or so)

The super friendliness, and availability of the host to resolve any issues. All the facilities were working, kitchen fully equipped and bathrooms clean (big plus).
Small thing. Just felt the extra bedsheets should be stored in a cloth/plastic bag. It's easy for it to catch small bigs/mold in the cuboard because weather is humid.

It was a excellent stay. Mr Deelip and Family are amazing host. They made us feel homely. Room were very clean, food was excellent, great peacefull society. Great location, designated parking space, full fledge kitchen with all things required for cooking if needed. Overall, it was great stay at very economical rate. Great place for family stay.

The breakfast served was really tasty and homely. The location of the property is really good as well. Bus stop, beaches and other all necessary landmarks are nearby.
The only complaint would be regarding the bathroom fittings. The shower was not smooth running and the jet spray as well.

The neighborhood is peaceful, premises is clean and well maintained. The hosts are cordial and welcoming. There was wifi connectivity. The area is well connected with the main street. Our stay was delightful.
One of the two bedrooms could have attached washroom. There is a toilet cum bathroom and a separate toilet. Parking area is separate from the property, a block away. However it is spacious. The TV doesn't have wifi functionality if you want to wach photos with your friends/family.

Big thank you to Mr. Dilip Mhatre and his wife , he is such a generic person. Talking about the property, it's independence house consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. If you're coming with 5,6 people's family I will highly recommend this property.
Most importantly you won't feel you're staying in any hotel.
We had a lovely stay.
