Wonderful
This rustic property is situated right in front of shoreline . One can hear the waves through the balcony. The rain made the things even more better. The property has a beautiful and large open outdoor ground surrounded by tall coconut trees. The care takers made amazing home cooked meals.
The beach sand seems spoilt with some sort of oil spill. Avoid taking white slippers to the beach unless you want to paint them brown.

The location and the staff were great!
The house looked like there was not enough funding put from saffron stays Team. I want to mention specifically that the housekeeping staff was very clean and regularly cleaned. The maintenance of the house such as fixing curtain rods n doors, toiletries in the bathroom were local bottles and broken, etc were quite disappointing. Thus for the money we paid, it was certainly not what we were expecting.

The location is bang opposite the beach. It is an independent bungalow far from any crowd or possible noise sources. The hosts seemed nice people and tried their best to do what was possible to make our stay better.
The property is rather worn and poorly maintained. The furniture was old. The inverter made so much of a racket that we could hardly sit in the living room. The bathroom had a broken bottle of shower gel. For the Rs. 25k+ paid for a night's stay, it is way too poor value for money.

the views are excellent and its location the bungalow itself is an excellent property, the staff is good and humble and the generator support was excellent in peak summer. Internet connection was fast and uninterrupted. food was Nice,Simple and well-made and had all the freshness that we expected.
with all the above compliments, there is considerable upkeep that is required. theres lot of pest problems specifically lizards in one of the bedrooms top tier of the bunkbed was all covered in lizard droppings though the staff promptly cleans it, youll find it covered all over again in few hrs also air conditioning needs realignment of units or adding some extra units in hall and common area is requiredin blistering heat of peak summer there was no relief as the whole house had lot of open and hollow lofts if we had few more people traveling with us there would have been lot of discomfort as the loft had no fans and aircon was barely working or was inadequate in its capacity or both. The pantry sink, etc needs to be cleaned or remade over time it has darkened and feels like its unclean and dirty.. though thats not the casethe toiletries including handwashes, etc were too basiclike the ones that are bought in bulk and procured in cheap gallons this could have been better our regular Dettols at least

The place is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.. The ambience is superb.. It is bang opposite to the beach so you can have fun on the beach and have a great time. The beach near the place is not crowded. The caretaker Pratik and his team is superb .. they are non fussy and make good meals.

The food was excellent! The cooks know how to cook local Maharashtrian food! The large, grassed area was perfect for my pet to freely run around and be safe. Ensure the gate is closed as there are dogs around. The house is great for having a party with friends and enjoying drinks on the veranda. This was perfect to relax.
The beach was not exactly nice. Since that is the case, there should be a pool on the property.

Staff was very nice and made a comfortable amount of food for each meal
For the amount that was charged, this was not worth it. There were random people coming in and out of the property during the day so it did not feel exclusive. The sheets etc we clean but there were mosquitoes biting. The beach is not accessible and mostly the stretch is used as a garbage disposal place.

The property is excellant, very elegantly designed. Nice garden area to play some games . Great cook and hospitality by everyone there . Loved the food.
The pricing can be bit more reasonable specially considering the fact that they sell the property stating private beach access , but the beach in front of the property is almost unusable as its dirty with dog and cow poop all around also fishing nets all over the place. Hence if the property is sold stating private beach access then atleast a small part of the beach should be maintained for usage or the property can be sold without stating beach access and at a more reasonable price.

Salt Rim offers a perfect weekend getaway. The property is right in front of the Beach. Thanks to Pratik & team for their awesome hospitality. They took really good care of us and the food was amazing. Overall a great outing.

Breakfast and meals were very delicious. Icing on the cake was serenity and beauty of beach.
We had already rescheduled our date and in that we lost 5000 INR. We had already paid Rs 18000 for meals for 4 people for 2 days. yet we had to pay extra 10000 for meals. This is very pricy. You should keep one composite rate for sea food meals, chicken and veg meals.
