we liked the look of the property the swimming pool , the boat look etc
but this property is not well maintained. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. the table was dirty, we had to ask for chairs with the table. There was a spider web on the bathroom tap. The AC was fluctuating too much post 10pm, it wasnt cooling at all . so we had to call the manager at 12 midnight after that the problem was solved. The water went out next day morning. it came after they switched on the motor. since there were too many mosquitoes , we couldnt use the balcony.

Only the fact that it was pet friendly
The place staff was not cordial. They were not bothered about the customer. No food available. Tea orders also took a long time. At 1.30 we arrived there was nothing available for lunch. We were bound to keep luggage and go outside. The room was all wet due to the wet mopping. And it took so long to get it dry which was very irritating. Washroom taps were leaking. The bed was not so clean. The property is way too old and needs a revamp. There was no extra bed provided. I was charged extra for pet but nothing was provided not even a water bowl .

Disappointing
The only thing which made us stay was it allowed my pet with extra charges of course in the room.
The place was not at all customer friendly. There was no one to take care of the customer's needs. We reached around 1 pm and there was no lunch. The tea order took a long time. Snacks were also not available. There was no room cleaning service. When we entered the room it was all wet. There was no soap or anything in the washroom taps were leaking.

The staff was supportive , the check in and check out procedure was smooth , room service was on point , ambience was pretty , cleanliness was maintained , over all amazing experience

Location was good
The property was not maintained well. Room was not clean, bed sheets had stains. Bed was not clean. Balcony was also not cleaned and not suitable for sitting. Switch boards in the room were damaged. If taken care well, property could be a good choice.
