I had a fabulous stay at Acons Palm Beach. You walk into the place and it feels peaceful. It's a full one bedroom apartment. So the space is very big and spacious. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely polite. The receptionist was helpful with suggestions for places to visit in Alibaug. Most importantly, you must not miss the games room. Lovely views from there and we spent most of our evenings there. Looking forward to my next trip here

The game section was quite awesome.
I really enjoyed the stay.
Please update the property's exact location on Google maps.
And Extend the morning check out time to 11 AM.
And believe in your customers a little. We reached there late cause of travelling time and bad weather. We rented a bike and filled up tank but couldn't roam around much because it got pretty late and we were new at the place so we head back, thought we would go in the morning but we couldn't we got up a little late around 9 AM we requested the manager we could keep bike for and hour and come back but she humbly denied. Otherwise hotel was quite good.

Nothing was there to like.bedsheets didn't change.No toilet rolls.Didnt remove garbage.old bottles and dusts were lying underneath of coat.no cleaning (room/toilet) service.Even I kept key with them
Didn't feel that we stayed in a paid hotel .no guidance for traveling.it is far from city .no cleaning service we didn't get in 16hrs.no hygienic. No facilities in bathroom

Rooms were not as clean as expected and toiletries were not present. Also breakfast was bit expensive
