There were lizards in the room and whole night we struggled to see that they don't jump on us. One was on bed only and one on the extra mattress we took. After asking the staff to either replace the room or take the lizard out they refused for that. We tried so many times the reception number but after 7pm no one picked the call.

The property is a residential apartment converted to rooms. Location is outskirts from city. No public conveyance available. Only a limited options provided by Hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Have terrace game zone to spend leisure time with family. Stay was comfortable expect to find a ride for city tour or for beach.
Public conveyance from Hotel are not available. To call the service providers and hard to find the ride.

I had a wonderful time during my recent stay at Hotel Acons Palm Beach. The staff's extraordinary kindness and attentiveness from check-in to check-out made me feel extremely welcome.Our minds are refreshed by the indoor games, which include fuss ball and pool table. I was impressed by the hotel's efforts to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.
