Location
We selected this property due to it being associated with Fern and Marriott names but were total disappointed. The room they assigned initially to us on the four floor was filthy, the glass window was painted entirely, the door lock was busted, has dirty bathroom with rusted mirror and dirty towels; even the corridor appeared dirty as if it has not been cleaned for a long time. We had to fight to get the room changed - I think it was waste of our money…they need refund it

Pleasant
The Breakfast was good. Our BF was included with room charge so we do not know how much it. Dinner Buffet was pricy for light eater. We had good experience with food at Fern in Rishikesh 2 years back.
This facility in Ahmedabad is old and not well maintained. The towels were in greyish color just like a 2 or 3 star hotels. We reserved the room for 3 adults. On e king bed and they added a twin bed next to it. There was no room to move. I requested to remove big sofa seat but the staff refused and said they have no place to store it outside the room. The shower had no mats. Older people can slip and fall on slippery surface.

Very Good
This hotel was more comfortable than expected. The staff (frontdesk, luggage, taxi service) was really nice, helpful. The lady at the Reception desk was very efficient, helpful, so nice. We did appreciate the help of Nirali who made our day in Ahmedabad just great. She found at the last minute 2 taxi drivers to show us around the down, she stayed connected to us all day long to make sure that everything was going well.
Honestly, all my friends and myself spent a very beautiful stay in your hotel. I come every year to Gujarat and spend one or two days visiting Ahmedabad. I can assure you that I kept the contact of this hotel and the names of the so kind and helpful team.

Accessibility was a plus point. Besides Staff was good & courteous.
The Food was not so much up to the mark in terms of taste. The room service wait time was high.

The morning breakfast buffet was great with lot of variety one could eat. The front desk staff Ms. Shraddha and Ms. Kirti and the boys really helped me to check in and check out easily. Mr. Anurag Mishra treated me very well during the breakfast session. Good food and tasty. The housekeeping staff were very supportive. Overall a good experience. My next visit I would prefer staying in thie property than anywhere else in Ahmedabad. I stay in the Fern across the country and it suits to me requirements.
I thought deeply and found that there was no such point. You are doing great...and the hotel can have your own fleet of cars to take the visitors round the city or as required by tying up with some Ola guys.....

Absolutely Nothing
This was called Metropole Hotel, i stayed there last time, it was bad, but they rebrand as The Fern and it was also very bad. Old building, bad service, unclean bathrooms, Mediocre Staff. Wont stay again
