i did not take breakfast in hotel
I had paid advance of Rs 1000 online before arrival i was asked to pay full amount on arrival staff did not check the system that I have paid advance. It was reduced only after I pointed out i shifted to room i found that i was given room with double bed, while I had requested for 2 single beds which was confirmed by system beforehand. staff never looked at the system and gave me first available room i then had to ask for room with two separate beds which was given after a while no hot water no hand towels not enough shampoo and soap for two persons provided in the bath room bed slides towards TV when you rest body in sitting position on bed and watch TV sitting chair is very uncomfortable, no cushions at the back. it hurts when you rest your back on the chair no stationery, ball pen, writing pad not enough entertainment TV channels. popular channels such as ZEE, SAB TV, SONY are missing had issue with billing, restaurant vouchers of other guest included in my bill. If i had not taken pains to check the bill, I would have paid more

Bed is comfortable,but didn't liked the bathroom,rooms cleaner was polite,breakfast staffs are not helpful,
Breakfast as I don't liked gujrati foods,staffs not friendly too.as we old age people should helped to save in tables.
