The clean rooms and good staff
more clean towels and location are unaware by most people making it super hard for a tourist like me. I got scammed twice when I wanted to reach the hotel by a local auto.

Rooms are neat and spacious. Nearby markets & food joints and professionaly managed property along with free breakfast..This bring me value of money.
Located on third floor ,small lift,no in-house restaurant and most of rooms having single bed., but few rooms have double beds.

Breakfast was good.
Not worth the money. Smell of smoke was always there in the room. The beds were small too. Most importantly, even after giving an option of paying at hotel, they will continuously call you to pay and on failing to pay (because you choose pay at hotel), they will just cancel your booking.

Stay was disastrous. Rooms were not clean. Bedsheet had holes, blankets were stinking, bathrooms not clean , extra bed was a mattress on the floor, kettle handle was ripped so got my hand burnt, blood stains on the wall, soiled pillows wiling no cover . This is a hotel from hell
