Huge, beautiful room with sitting area, desk and stunning bath. The four-poster bed was cosy and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We loved our henna tattoo designs (thank you, lovely receptionist) as we were all waiting to check-in...

Brought visiting family who enjoyed the hotel immensely. Spacious rooms, pool, puppet show, accommodating staff.

Disappointing
When doing check in, one of the staff members tried to bribe us in going for a more expensive and apparently more luxurious room. It was not clear if that room was ours in the first place, and if he was trying to scam us.

Location and Service were both Excellent. The Breakfast and Dinner was good and very tasty. The Restaurant service was excellent.
Rooms need Updating. Towels had to be asked for more than once. and they were very used (Not Soft) Hot water was not consistent. More warm than Hot shower. The sinks in the bathroom were blocked. 2 out of 4 rooms. The good was that when called the service came very quickly but failed to fix the issue.

This was a great stay for the price! the bathroom and water pressure was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and the food is decent. Also the pool is beautiful and it is not too far from the sites of agra which you can uber to. I also liked how safe it was and the easy checkin process too. I think for the price it is a great place and relaxing.
i did not love that they turn some of the lights out in the stairwell and hallway.

Wonderful
Our room was one of the most interesting and beautiful heritage rooms I have ever stayed in. Each piece of furniture was ornate. Highly recommend if you want to stay somewhere which feels like an old palace on a reasonable budget. It was also very easy to get a Uber to the Taj Mahal for sunrise

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms, the grounds, and the facilities are well maintained. The restaurant has a decent menu. It has a reasonably well stocked bar. Some evenings the hotel would have entertainment out on the grounds. One evening it was puppet shows geared towards little kids - but fun for the whole family. While staying at the hotel we met travelers from Australia, England, Scotland, and Germany. Overall it was a very nice experience.
I have some medication that is supposed to be kept cool so I was happy when I found that the room had a refrigerator. However, when we would leave for the day the power to the room was cut off - including to the refrigerator. So that was a bit of a bust.

The room was a nice size, the hotel staff friendly but not exceptional. The location was okay, but on a very busy road (which we did not hear from within the hotel).
The hotel looks like the pictures, but the vibe was a bit tired and sad. It might have been that the weather was cold and foggy for the entirety of or stay, but perhaps not. Most of the facility was quite clean, but the stone floor of our room seemed hard, cold, and less than clean. It would have been nicer if there were some carpets (again, it might have been appropriate for the summer, but not in the winter). The bed was too hard for us. The room had no window, so no natural light (again, better for summer than winter). All-in-all, we didn't feel comfortable. We couldn't connect to the Wifi initially, but a visit to the front desk fixed that. The morning we left, we couldn't connect to the WiFi again. The restaurant seemed a bit sad. The restaurant staff was low energy, and the dining room a bit muted. We just had a drink in the restaurant, so we can't comment on the food. The location was okay, but on a very busy road (which we did not hear from within the hotel).
