The manager behaviour was very bad. They said break fast was complementary but when bill came they have charged for it, and it was too much. When we asked this to manager he was behaving very rudely.

Staff and rooms were really good. The room was cleaned. Location was also good as Taj Mahal was only 5-8 min from this hotel.

The staff were helpful and polite, food in the restaurant was very good.
The first night there was so much noise with constant banging of doors and music playing until 1am I didnt get much sleep as had to be up at 6am, the pool was very unclean and not able to swim. There was no hot water on the first night or in the morning 2nd day, this was rectified when mentioned at reception.

The pool didnt look clean ( it wasnt used much in winter as I dont think it was heated)and its location right next to the restaurant was not great

The room was ok, bed comfortable
The room smelt damp when I first went in. mould on the bathroom ceiling. no apology was given and I had to ask to be moved. Due to the swimming pool the hotel had a damp smell. The pool did not look clean and was next to the restaurant. When you first went into the hotel it seemed ok but it was very grubby in places. Definitely not worth the money

Disappointing
The cleanliness was poor. They hadn't changed the sheets and there were lot of stains on the bed cover. Over all it was unlpeasant stay considering the amount paid
