Everything was good in the property starting from the staff to the location.
The only thing that can be better is when you are booking a suite which is a premium room then it should not be at the basement of the hotel. It was a bit claustrophobic as there was no light and views from the room.

The hotel is the ideal location for going to visit the Taj Mahal, which is most likely the reason youre going to Agra, you can walk to the East Gate in around 15minutes. The view from the rooftop is also spectacular. A huge plus about the hotel was the pool, as after a hot day seeing the sights of Agra, being able to cool off in the pool was brilliant, the pool area had 4 sun beds.
We had a room on -1 so in the basement, which was fine, but no natural light. The room was quite small however it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom became a swimming pool when using the shower as the seal of the shower door was worn away, and the water leaked through. The breakfast wasnt great -normal buffet style with little selection and less than luke warm. You have to walk past the souvenir shop to get to breakfast where you are asked to go and see the marble works, which you will be shown a lot of on any tour, and get pestered when you politely decline. We had go to reception twice to ask for towel for the pool, which took an hour for them to bring us any, which was a little annoying but fine.

The Hotel is located right in heart of the city. It is in close proximity of approx 1 km from Tajmahal .Its walkable distance. Enjoyed the comfortable stay. Staff and services were very courteous. The breakfast was good . Overall it was decent stay.
The size of the room was a little bit small. Even it was comfortable.

It was walking distance from Taj Mahal. The pool was warm and very nice. Liked the restaurant on the rooftop.
It seems the hotel had some problems with humidity. I think they coped with that, however in the lobby the smell is still not that good (however in the room it was ok). There is purifier in the room which is doing a good job, but the filter had to be changed (as it was showing 0%), I asked for replacement and received purifier the following day with filer which was unchanged.

The room was quite noisy in the night next to the airconditioning unit. I dont like the shop in the hotel on the way to the breakfast which you have to pass.

It was nice and clean good locations to all the amenities nearby Shops and hotels plus transport was handy
Didnt liked about the drinks and chocolate in mini fridge as wasnt made clear whether they were complimentary or not So we had to pay 8 after checking out which we werent happy about Plus could have more continental choices for breakfast

Very Good
The location was perfect, very close to the Taj Mahal, you can easily go by foot. The room was clean, it has AC. The staff was so nice with us. The breakfast had so many kind of variety, so you can choose continental or Indian food.
The room has no windows, and there were some humidity issues.
