Saw cockroach in bathroom, bad stinky smell everywhere, trash can were all rusty and stinky, Towels were old and worn out, soap and shampoo were cheap and poor quality, hotel manager tricked us with RS 2800 car by charging us 4500. Bed frame has dust and stains all over. Did not clean upon request. Breakfast had limited option and were not clean and tasty. Outside the hotel, the sewage water was outside and was stinky and full of mosquitos.

Fantastic hotel, for the asking price compared to the agra competition it is absolutely premium ... friendly staff clean rooms well cooked food. We stayed for a good month for work and we found ourselves so well that we no longer wanted to change ... the Manager Mr.Rahul sharma is a kind and polite and very nice man. I think one of better in Agra...

The staff were wonderfully helpful from the check in process to check out. We called room service a couple of times for an iron etc and everything arrived within minutes. The rooms are really clean and the bathrooms are nicer than most hotels in India at the same price. Good selection of TV channels too. the breakfast had good spread and what ever I tried was good. Also the restaurant staff was super friendly. There is a lift. Love the place very much - would strongly recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Maple Grand it is a beautiful hotel and food was delicious. Staff were good. Specially Mr.Rahul, he was very helpful and polite. Hotel is in a very good location and very close to the Taj Mahal.I enjoyed stay there and I highly recommend it.
