Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Appreciated the many breakfast buffet options, which were delicious. A good base from which to visit the Taj Mahal and other places in Agra.
Pool was closed during my entire stay. Restaurant/room service food is overpriced for the quality received.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
We found the ppl and workers very nice. The rooms felt like they weren’t cleaned property. Our sink in one of the adjoining rooms wasn’t working. We had two ppl to a room and only received one bath bowel. So had to constantly get someone to come up and ready the problem. It’s very irritating. We got an email after check in about pool being out of order. We felt ripped off. It was a hot day and our kids were so disappointed. I don’t think we will use this hotel again or this chain.

Right from the food, to the staff, to the rooms, to the amenities, were all simply great. Miss Rajani put the cherry on the cake, being the GM, she was the most energetic person in that property !
Hard to tell, maybe the fact that it should have more restaurant options in the property itself and also, the room should have some cutlery pre-provided.

I had worst experience to stay in this property, services are very bad and staff totally untrained, rude in behavior and mannerless to handle customer specifically when you stay with your family and kids.
ordered water bottles which took nearly about 30 minutes even ordered cold water they bring normal water after 30 minutes ,
waited over1:30 hours to get food order.specially Surprised when the hotel staff knows that room light operates with room key in this case receptionist provided single key , it means if family stay in room no one can go down without key if you take the key with you and go down, room lights would be off and your family would have no lights in room, very rude behavior by the staff when ask for second key,
I recommend specially to foreign travelers never use this property if you think it’s operate by Hilton Group, no it’s operating by uneducated and unprofessional people.
do not waste your valuable time and money to stay there.
Discussed with hotel management but they treat you as you are not a valued customer for them, treat you like you are worthless and doing mistake to stay in this property.
It was very scary to stay in this hotel cause I was staying with family and small kids, Manager was not available when I called , waited 30 minutes to talk with manager , staff replied rudely that manager is busy now .
I really supposed that it was operating by Hilton Group but it seems this property running by uneducated, unprofessional people, I have never experienced such behavior in Hilton group Hotels.
If this hotel run by Hilton Group ,then Hilton Group management must notice this review and think again that you are in service industry where Hilton group holds a good impression to their clients in hotel industry, kindly train your mannerless staff and educated them to behave in manners.
Nothing, overall wasted my money and wasted my valuable time to request to get food order on time but staff behaved like you did mistake to order dinner.

I requested my invoice by email during check-out, but I still have not received it. I have called the hotel several times, but no one answers the phone, and there has been no follow-up from Hilton. This lack of response is very disappointing, as I urgently need the invoice.
