Very Comfortable rooms. Very elaborate breakfast and dinner menu.
——Pool etiquette were missing. People were going into pool with cotton clothes and without taking showers. I told staff present there to control it but they couldn’t. I suggest hotel to hang few boards to educate about pool etiquette and staff should also have handy small boards of "Dos and don'ts" to handover it over to person preparing to enter pool.
—- I think hotel gives bad window room to third party apps bookings. Window view was too bad.

We loved our stay in Courtyard Marriott! The location is very good, with an ATM on the corner. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is great, with a lot of options and live counters! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

We booked a guided tour with the front desk which was very helpful and provided us with great advices. The spa was very relaxing and a great experience.

Great hotel within two miles of Taj Mahal.
1) Restaurant services could be improved to make it more self serviceable. The coffee and tea urns do not have labels so you don’t know which is coffee and which is which. There are lots of staff around but you don’t get them when you need them. It’s just more bodies aimlessly roaming around.
2) The many floor mats on the common bathrooms do not have rubber backing and it tends to fold on to itself and i almost tripped and fell. Hotel needs to replace them before there is an injury

Was in a good location. The bed was comfortable.
The room was too small for the price we paid for it, so wasn't great value for money compared to what we got in New Delhi (The Lalit) and Jaipur (Jaipur Marriott). The breakfast was underwhelming. The staff at breakfast was not as professional, they kept arguing with each other, and mostly delivered the wrong order to the wrong table (we were a group of 11 in 4 rooms, and everyone had a similar experience). The biggest disappointment was the room. It was just too small (we had one extra person, and there was almost no room to move around after adding a rollaway bed). Not what I would expect for the price of the room. Also, the room had carpets, that looked very dirty. The Bathroom was nicely appointed, but the enclosed toilet area smelled like a public bathroom (smelled of urine). I mentioned it to the reception before we headed off for dinner and asked them to clean it, but it wasn't any better after we returned.
