The rooms where nice and mostly clean. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the entrance gate of Taj Mahal.
The outlets in our room didn't work so we had to share the single outlet that was working. The shower had no water pressure.

Great location, nice rooftop lounge area where we could grab breakfast and do some work. Room was clean and comfortable
No hot water. No towels. I felt that the staff didnt want to be there, no smiles, no welcome vibes, and very pushy for payment which is kind of off putting and makes you feel quite uncomfortable. We had paid for our coffee in the rooftop lounge but when we were leaving to go out for the day, a young boy who seemed to be working there who wed never seen before demanded we paid, even though we already had, it made us feel very uncomfortable. The owner also was not nice, more so on the rude side, demanding quick payment, all the staff seemed more focused on taking your money rather than giving good happy service

The bedroom was surprisingly big and in good condition for 14 euros. Shower was also okay

Used cups and plates were left in the corridor
Pictures on booking of the terrace are way better than reality
Not possible to talk with the staff, really limited exchange in english

There was a window which is not always available in many backpacker hotels in India. The bathroom was clean and the room itself.
It was very noisy during the night. People were partying and playing loud music until the morning. The location is not very good, close to a very busy and noisy Street, also on Google Maps, it was located on the opposite side of the street.

Everything is same as shown in the images,from cleanliness to facilities all were good.
No water source to drink except hou have to buy water bottles. Also the 'dal' served in dinner was so much spicy that i only ate 1/4th of it.

Location was the best part about this place.
The noise was the biggest issue, both from outside the building and from other guests yelling in the hall. Its fine if you want the hostel experience or are on a tight budget.

Nice roof top sitting area with restaurant upstairs.
Some of the plugs could do with an electrision. My charger was meet sparks as attempted to use.

Great location, we can easily reach Taj Mahal by feet.
Staff really friendly and helpful : Raza was really cool and funny.
Room was spacious, clean and with hot water.
Restaurant with good prices and delicious food.

Location and staff
We had to leave this hotel early due to a safety hazard with the plug socket - it blew both our adapter and iPad plug, it made a quite clicking sound and burning smell. There were many bugs and hairs on the floor. The sheets were stained and ripped - not nice for sleeping on. We had no hot water coming out of the shower. We left the next morning.

Staff was very warm and helpful and the dorms and bathrooms were clean.
The common areas could have been cleaned a little more and food from the hostel's kitchen needs to improve. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

Great staff, they were friendly and super helpful. They were more than happy to book a taxi for us and even kept our luggage safely at the property after check out so we could explore the city!
