The personnel very friendly, especially the team of the dining room.
There is no toilet in the lobby. When we arrived there was nobody at reception and we waited to get the room for toilet. The air conditioning didn’t function properly also.

The staff very nice , they let me use the business hall with free coffee and cakes ,they allow us to stay for late check out for free . We will be there again soon for sure

special complements to Diana from the reception that made an effort to help with finding things around as well as general hotel things even at late hours with much patience.

The hotel is clean, the staff were nice, and I appreciated the free upgrade and the complimentary bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the bottle was already opened when I received it, and the hotel refused to replace it.
Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The surrounding area is active around the clock, and I struggled to get deep, uninterrupted sleep

Proximity to Assuta Hospital
The room was not clean, there was a cockroach in the room and full of dirt under the curtain. The floor is dirty and feels like you are walking on asphalt. There was one towel per guest that did not dry. Some of the light bulbs did not work. The hallway was dirty.
There is nowhere to hold the bathtub, there is no handrail for safety, not for disabled people, but for just adults like us...
Really not worth the price.
