Front staff (Yali) was extremely nice upon check in and as we were leaving. We had a question about the air conditioning and it was fixed.

Breakfast was indeed amazing, the variety was huge
electric sockets in room were limited, very few so I had to switch between night light to having my phone charged... fitness room can use a bit of more up to date machines, also more effective air condition

The personnel very friendly, especially the team of the dining room.
There is no toilet in the lobby. When we arrived there was nobody at reception and we waited to get the room for toilet. The air conditioning didn’t function properly also.
