Such a great experience! The food is great - including a lovely happy hour with the most delicious soup. Hot water with mint and lemon is always available, as are complimentary snacks throughout the day. Everyone at the front desk was nice, helpful, and willing to let me speak my struggling Hebrew even though they all speak English. I stayed here to have a mamad room during a time when it felt like that might be a good idea. I felt very safe and cared for.
The towels need to be replaced. One was literally ripped through the center and closer to being two towels than one.

Wonderful
We liked the staff and their welcoming and helpful behavior; we loved the location and the good spirit in the hotel, with a daily happy hour. The room was well-appointed, but I did not realize it would be so small. Still, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom too, and ultimately, the time we spent in the room was pleasant and comfortable.
We liked everything.

All hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Offering of beach bag with towel, sunscreen and water is a big plus, make you fill welcome.
