Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee machine wasn't working because of shabbat, which I've never seen in other hotels in Israel.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, excellent plumbing, nice staff. Suitable for both observant and secular guests.
The hotel is attached to Ichilov hospital, where my family member was hospitalized, and was thus especially convenient for me. The kitchenette made for extra convenience.

I stayed here while my husband was in hospital, it is almost attached. Perfect location for that as well as center of Tel Aviv. Everything was perfect and super convenient. They even have a lounge on the 12th floor with comlimentary treats and high quality coffee.
The room has an impressive coffee machine and kettle, all the amenities you need, lovely bathrobe, really all you need to relax and it's super quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I only have good things to say.

Great location, easy to get around.
The staff spoke almost only Russian, the room was not ready when we arrive at 14:30. The shower was outdated but we and the room was noisy. Too expensive for that standard.

The reception girl was with horrible attitude. It actually ruined my whole day. Waited for this trip. Paid 350 dollars per one night.

Room was cleaned well each day. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Located right next to ichilov hospital.
Wish they didn’t have the same two hot dishes every day but the variety of the cold dishes was good though pretty much the same each day. The happy hour had been canceled. The espresso machine didn’t always work right.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to Ibn Gabirol street and the Kamari. We stayed there one night and where worried that the hotel is close to the hospitol and there will be many loud patinets famalies. That turned out to not be true. The staff was very nice and servicable. We had an issue with the bathroom door and the staff took care of it immidietly and nicely. The room had a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, the shower was great and the bed were comfy. The breakfast was very nice, even though it was a Saturday. The only thing I did not like was the pillows were too soft, but that's a personnal perferance. All in all I would recommand this hotel
