The Sheraton Grand is my favorite place to stay in Israel. Anat Shilon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my stay. She is the most professional and hospitable host I have ever met during my travels, and Anat's team made sure every detail was perfect with my stay. I have stayed at numerous hotels in both Jerusalem and TLV, but this was by far my favorite hotel in Israel. The views from my room were unreal. I will be visiting again soon.

The room was perfect and spacious.
Gym was really well equipped, big and well airconditioned.
Pool area and outside lounge facilities were amazing with a separate pool for children.
Breakfast was excellent so much variety and a little different every day.
Great coffee!
A smoking area outside for my husband
It would have been ideal if breakfast ended at 11am instead of 10:30

Staff was very friendly. Place was exceptionally clean with incredible attention to detail. Felt very modern and upkept.

Terrible treatment by security staff when we were told we couldn’t leave the car for a few mins in order to check in and that one of us had to stay in the car. No help offered whatsoever, and then the reception staff didn’t hear us out and instead were coming with nonsense reasons to explain their stupid policy
