Great Location in Tel-Aviv,
Nice view of the city from the rooms in the upper floors,
Located close to good restaurants and bars, not far from the beach and next to local public transport stations.
Breakfast is good and has good variety of options,
The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy (but worked perfectly..),
The sound proofing in the room in lacking, we could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms.
The lounge could have more options of food and drinks.

Breakfast was good, the furniture needs to be upgraded and rearranged. My last visit there 3 years ago, left me with the same feeling.
Last couple of days we were woken up by construction work above our heads, 7 o’clock in the morning.

The breakfast was perfect! Very rich with a variety of options. Location is great. Cleaning crew was very welcoming, greeted me every morning. Loved the water bottles in the room every day, very useful in the hot summer days.
The hotel is a bit old, especially the doors. Room was a bit dark.

Not much. Cleaned it and fix the problems
Restaurant has dirty floors and heavy stained couches. Shower wall is leaking and floors of the bathroom are covered with water. No immediate actions from the stuff. Couch and the rug in reception area are disgusting (see photo)

The location is right at the center, in the heart of Tel Aviv. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, the view is amazing city view. The bed was comfortable.
I think it’s time for fleshing up the room, although it was clean it clearly needs some work. A broken tile, the shower it doesn’t look new…
