Wonderful
It was much more affordable than the Sheraton, about 1/3 of the price. We got there at check in time and Parking was excellent and worth the 70 NIS No bugs Nice desk and wifi Very close to the beach They extended our check-out time by 1 hour which we greatly appreciated.
The fridge had a freezer compartment which was all melted and there was no way to make it colder. We could not buy lunch in the lobby and maps of the area were not available, so we got both at the Sheraton nearby. Not a great view but we didn't expect it.

The staff at The Prima City were fabulous. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and and looked appealing. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. 2 block walk to Frishman Beach and public ground transportation.

10/10 experience at Prima City Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Yaniv Front Desk Manager, was exceptional – attentive, helpful, and always available with a smile. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh salads, pastries, eggs, and great coffee. We will definitely return! Hotel was provided by Compass Travel Israel, we booked 6 day tour package also highly recommended.

Our stay at Prima City Hotel was absolutely perfect! Its was the Tel Aviv hotel, Compass Travel Israel provided in our seven days tour package we booked with them. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their kindness and professionalism. Yaniv, the Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Truly outstanding service – highly recommended!

The location near he sea and the city center. the breakfast was excellent but one needs to walk to the other building of the hotel, about 300 m apart after crossing a very busy street.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They were very attentive and very knowledgeable. Breakfasts were amazing. The location is perfect. Facility totally immaculate and kept very well. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
I would have preferred the rooms to be a little larger but all in all would definitely stay here again.
