השהות במלון הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל! המיקום מושלם – ממש מרחק הליכה קצרצר מנמל תל אביב, מהים, ומאינספור מסעדות, בתי קפה וחנויות מעולות. החדר היה מעוצב בטוב טעם, נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, והמיטה הייתה סופר נוחה. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט קטן כדי לייצר חוויית אירוח נעימה ושקטה למרות המיקום המרכזי. מעל הכל – השירות! הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב, חייכני, סייע בכל שאלה ונתן תחושה חמה של בית מהרגע הראשון. תמורה מדהימה למחיר. מומלץ בחום רב לכל מי שמחפש חופשה אמיתית בתל אביב!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for 2 + small child. The location is terrific. Very close to the port and to the Yarkon park. A lot of coffees and restaurants in the area.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was no option for eggs at all. No closet it the room.

I made a reservation at the New Port Tel Aviv for my mother and sister, who came to Israel to attend my daughter's wedding. Our focus was location and price. Both were excellent. The hotel is very close to the Port, close to Park Hayarkon, has easy access to convenient bus stops that can take us everywhere, and it is very close to the beach. The bonus for us was how clean, fresh, and well-kept the facility is. The hotel stay includes a great breakfast, and everyone on the staff is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Shout out to Shalom at the front desk and to the staff in the breakfast room. The hotel has a rooftop with outdoor furniture. This hotel is not in the very busy hotel area of Tel Aviv. This is an amazing boutique hotel that is reasonably priced, in a prime location of Tel Aviv(Old North), and offers great accommodations. We will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great experience!

We stayed for just one night as a mother and daughter, and from the very first moment, we were welcomed with such warmth and joy. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The staff were genuinely so kind and pleasant, and a special thank you to Shalom for being exceptionally welcoming! The location couldn't be better: walking distance to central sights and great public transport options across the city. The breakfast is simple, yet tasty and completely satisfying. We had a wonderful time, can't wait to come back, and highly recommend it!

נחמד, קטן , נותני שירות בסדר גמור משתדלים מאוד. בסה"כ בסדר גמור.
המיטות מאוד מאוד צרות לשינה. אצלי ביקשתי הפרדת מיטות ובכלל היה צר מאוד המזרן לשינה. ביום שבת בארוחת הבוקר ישנה בעיה למי שאינו יכול לאכול מוצרי חלב למינהם , אין דבר פשוט ביותר -ביצה (חלבון) כך שממש לא אכלתי כלום למעט לשתות. לתשומת ליבכם.

Breakfast is minimal, but satisfactory. There are no eggs, but there was good, healthy bread and cheeses The coffee machine is excellent. The room is on the small side, but clean and A/C excellent. The location was perfect for us because we needed to be at a wedding nearby.
I would have been happy if there were just some hard boiled eggs.
