Good location with a very nice sea view from the balcony.
Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance are poor. The pool deck looks neglected, and both the room and common areas need better cleaning and upkeep. Breakfast was average.
We stay at many hotels in Tel Aviv, and this was among the lowest standards we’ve experienced, especially considering the room rate.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the service was excellent, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Fadi , for his kindness and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
The front desk reception was very pleasant, welcoming, and accommodated an early check-in.
The daily breakfasts were varied, complete, and leisurely, with breakfast served until 10:30 am!
The easy proximity to the Bograshov Beachfront was a highly valued benefit of staying at the Orchid.
Advance communications via the booking.com app were useless. We sent a number of messages, none of which were responded to. Something needs to be repaired.

The stuff on the reception were amazing and very helpful, have great attitude to the guests
I was so impressed to good by the rooms, very clean and nice atmosphere
The pool needs a lot of renovation and work, breakfast needs a more variety.
Not related to the hotel, but the guests were screaming outside the rooms at the middle of the night.

Reception service was disgusting. Extremely rude and unhelpful tge young girls were always in the phone. I started my holiday when i asked someone to please help me as I have a bad back. I waited 25 minutes until i decided to take it myself. Then I get into my room to unpack clothing I had plastic around them and asked them to borrow a scissors. They said it’s their department. I asked them for a knife and I said I will bring my bags down as it’s dangerous for people to have a scissors or knife on them. The handy man eventually came. He was a Philippino gentlemen who was extremely helpful. All the cleaners and waiters were amazing. Then I unpack and see that there’s a dirty wet towel at the bottom of my cupboard and brought it down to them. They said it’s impossible all rooms get checked as if I was lying. I mean honestly. Often there wasn’t a security guard outside. I left one parcel for someone to collect. When they came they said they don’t have anything , then another person staying in the hotel went to collect three packets 3x and they couldn’t find. Eventually they found it in the baggage room where they were too lazy to look !!!!!!. I misplaced my baggage and I wanted to go to Jerusalem. The lady gave me the address but forgot to tell on Friday everything closes early. So I wasted two and half hours. The manger there was also a big problem not once did he apologise for anything !!! He then said he Ila sending me some wine as a gift and nothing was received. Them some big mouth who wasn’t involved with any of my discussions while she was chatting on her phone to her as I understand Hebrew told I musnt complain as it’s not a five star hotel !!!!!
O would NEVER ever go back and I have a lot of friends who come to your hotel and I will everyone of them how inappropriate and mean the hotel was. I had to stay and extra night and moved out straight away and went to the WESTERN hotel. WOW wow ! What a wonderful place. The service and gentleman weee so helpful

Hotel lobby, check-in at 1h30am, room
Pool area was not well organised, and it was difficult to get someone to move an umbrella to a designated spot. There were pigeons walking in and out of the pool which meant that the water was unsanitary.

Hotel was in a great location
We were woken at around 12:20 am by extremely loud construction noise, which was disruptive enough to wake multiple guests on our floor, including a baby who had to be comforted in the hallway. At no stage before booking, arrival, or check-in were we informed that construction was taking place. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. A good night's sleep is one of the main reasons you book a hotel, and this experience was very disappointing. Greater transparency with guests and better management of overnight disturbances are essential. I emailed the hotel twice and never recieved a response

Location was very good by the beach. Very close to Dizengof street. The beach is just under your feet
The lobbie view of seashore is magnificent. Room is well designed
There were some problem in the toilets in the room.
Breakfast could include some more varieties of homemade fruit jam

The location was perfect and made it very easy to get around. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and quality of food.
The reception staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor drawbacks were that the elevators were a bit confusing to navigate at first, and the pool was somewhat small. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience.
Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
The pool is a bit small.
The building itself is not new.
