Amazing staff , they upgraded my room to a bigger room? I came late at night to check in and I stayed in the hotel until 7 pm for checkout , very comfortable and nice !!!

Good design.
Spacious room.
Elevators are fast, big and generally not crowded at all.
Though not central - it’s a good location to hop on a bus from, to central attractions in Tel Aviv.
Apart from Muhammad who was very hospitable, the reception staff couldn’t handle the check in and check out processes properly, and were sometimes extremely unhelpful.
I arrived early and it took them 45 minutes to answer the simple question - whether my room might be available earlier than expected or not.
Later when I came back - I wanted to pay in cash, they didn’t have change - so the reception guy sent me to look for change in stores around the hotel. For the price you pay, this is sub-standard service and in general pretty rude. This happened 3 hours after the earliest check-in hour, so it’s very surprising they couldn’t give the proper service + the reception desk was still crowded.
Noise isolation isn’t very good and you can hear the noise from adjacent rooms. Light isolation also wasn’t very good, as the curtains in the room didn’t fully block sunlight in the morning.

We arrived on Friday, expecting the check-in process to be crowded and hectic before the weekend, but everything was handled efficiently and quickly. The team worked professionally and smoothly, and at reception, we were welcomed with drinks and snacks, which immediately created the feeling that everyone was genuinely making an effort to provide a great experience, and they succeeded.
Our air conditioning wasn't working very well, and a staff member came to address it right away. The room was exceptionally clean, and throughout our stay, the service was attentive and responsive.
This is not our first time in Tel Aviv, and this is honestly the first time we've stayed at a hotel that doesn't just look beautiful in photos, but also delivers real value for the money.
A special thank you to Oren and the reception team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, paying for the Club Room didn’t really feel like paying for an upgraded room experience. The shower area was not well maintained, the tiles inside looked dirty, and the mirrors had visible stains that seemed impossible to remove. There was also no full-length mirror in the room, which felt like a basic thing to expect in this type of room. When we first entered the room, the floor was not properly cleaned and there were visible footprints.
During our stay, it was also not very pleasant to walk around certain areas of the hotel due to a very strong smell at different times of the day. In addition, there were groups of military personnel (from a foreign country) staying at the hotel over the weekend, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us - At the rooftop area, we were repeatedly approached and asked for cigarettes, and personally I did not feel comfortable going up there with my wife.

People shouldn’t spent time on searching for hotels in TKV. They should know straight away that there is no better then NYX, due to their hospitality, location and beautiful rooms

Staff was nice at the check in.
Very disappointed with this gym. The equipment is minimal and poorly maintained—the only exercise bike is broken, leaving just a few treadmills and a small selection of weights. Worse, there are no towels or cleaning supplies provided to wipe down machines. It’s hard to justify the membership when basic maintenance and hygiene are overlooked.
