It was central to everything. Good breakfast. It was clean
Rooms smaller than in photos and less glamorous. The pics makes them look really cool and spacious and it’s not really that specious. Enough for couple. The sauna is very small and not really spa quality but it was good for a couple. The construction in front really makes traffic bad and forget about having a car there.

The breakfast was amazing and the location! I think it’s a great Value-for-money for the price we paid!
Late check out fee was a bit high (more then 50% the price we paid for the room) but the staff was nice and let us stay a few more hours for free before charge

Great value for money. the hotel is very pleasant and stuff are awesome and super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great even in Shabbat.
Bathroom curtains have not been cleaned. The outside of the hotel is under construction which makes things a bit difficult when wanting to catch a taxi. other than that - this is really a great place.

Dirty, dangerous, rudest staff ever, major scam If you want laundry done during a war. The by14tlv hotel is no longer even standing, but prior to the war, the hotel was already in shambles. Safety and health issues left and right, to which an older Israeli woman receptionist said “it’s an old hotel, what do you expect?” I expect not to get hurt from broken floor boards, floods, no real mamad, etc.. they moved us to the savoy after the other hotel was bombed, which was just as bad. Sliding doors won’t close or lock, floods, homeless people drinking and sleeping in the mamad at savoy (by14 had no mamad which is not stated on the website), I could go on and on. I had to get laundry done due to not being able to leave the country or travel much while being bombed. They charged me $300 for a few items. I could’ve bought new clothing for that price. My friend who’s from the area stayed with me during the missile attacks because I’m disabled, I’m scared getting bombed, and needed helping getting to the mamads, and we explained this to hotel staff. They charged us $700 for him staying to help me during the worst ballistic missile attack in Israeli history. Do yourself a favor and avoid all hotels owned and run by this company. Terrible people running dirty dilapidated buildings and if god forbid you express concern about the bombs and getting to the mamad safely, you’re told ”EVERYONE IS SUFFERING”. Way to make an already terrible situation worse BY14 and savoy!

- cleaning staff entered the room at 8am while “do not disturb” sign was on the door. without giving time to respond to the door knock. Unacceptable
- maintenance employee disturbed my peace while relaxing on the balcony - not once but twice - entered my personal space (hands near my face) to clean the table instead of focusing on other tables and giving me time to leave the table on my own accord.

Best location near the beach! Great place near many markets, and excellent restaurants with extraordinary view, luxury buffet, professional stuff. Good competitor with justifiable and fair price. I thank Rafael at the check in and Yana at the checkout for taking care of our stay!
There was a bit of dust behind and under the bed, but we truly appreciate the kind upgrade to a sea-view room — it was a lovely gesture and didn’t go unnoticed. While the window could have been cleaner, which slightly affected the view, we recognize the efforts of the staff and are grateful for their hospitality throughout our stay.
