The location is superb, a stone throw from the fabulous Tel-Aviv beach. Not being on the beach front itself is not a problem, in fact I think it's a plus as it's much less crowded.
The breakfast is amazing and you get a much better price if you order it directly on booking, learned my lesson there...
Overall I'd love to be back in this hotel.

The staff was supremely helpful. The breakfast is profoundly good and varied. The hotel feels very quiet, being off the main Street. Nest of all is this: we will rebook here for our return trip to Tel Aviv.
The pillows are too firm for being that thickness. Great for backrest but not for sleep. There was not a comfortable chair to sit in the room

Terrific central location that's only a block from the beach.
Extremely thin walls. We were woken up by our neighbors in the middle of the night two nights in a row. Fortunately, the hotel moved us to a different room for our third night.

The hotel is old and run down. The lift is extremely slow and the room, especially bathroom was tired and worn out. Staff were inexperienced, rude, unhelpful and made no effort to assist with incorrect VAT charges.

The hospitality was amazing, the stuff are really great and the rooms are clean and tidy with a spark of style.
The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach and two minute walk from 3 great restaurants. Really recommended to stay here!
