Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Big Room with fantastic view of Tel Aviv and the sea.
Most of the staff were mostly rude and just plain unfriendly. (except for one exceedingly friendly and nice receptionist, that received us on Sunday at two in the afternoon.)
The security men outside the hotel asked us every time they saw us if we belong to the hotel and what is the number of the room in a very offensive way and one of them even shouted at us from one side of the hotel to the other as we were standing by the windows overlooking the view of the sea implying we didn't look like we could be visitors.
Nice swimming pool but sadly couldn't use it as there was no shade.

The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and places to visit.
The rooms are in need of a bit of paint and some of the furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced.
Not all the staff from the reception spoke English.

Nothing, actually! The view was ok, not amazing
Everything. I never stayed in such a filthy hotel. From the carpets to the room, windows, EVERYTHING was dirty and maintenance is non existent. Staff were not helpful at all, they even made mistakes when billing and did not know how to sort it out.
It is a dirty place frozen in the 80’s with price of a 5 star hotel in the French Riviera. We could not believe our eyes (and nose, it was stinky)

I loved the personal and quick response by staff, and manager. BEN, the personal care and pre-arival outreach. This was one of the most special receptions ever!
Room service closed early. No in-room instructions about bar or food menus.
