We had a wonderful vacation. David was an awesome host. He is very helpful and kind. We corresponded via WhatsApp and he always answered very quickly. The fridge was filled with fresh food and the kitchen had everything we needed. From the apartment it is very easy to walk to the beach or small shops and restaurants and to explore Jaffa Old town.

Wonderful
Finally, we were placed into another apartment, because of technical issues with this one, so my review is about the actual apartment.
The actual apartment (Jaffa sea front, luxury Duplex, Port & Old City) was really great in terms of location, quality and comfort. The old town and nice parks on the beach are quickly available by foot and several bus lines crosses the area.
The apartment is very well equipped and our host filled the fridge with some food, which was really nice and life-saver after our arrival. He was very kind and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet him.

Good location but disappoint place
It is a place close to all and has a detail introduction around the house, some location not correct by the information host supply
I got notice the day before we fly to Iseral, the host said wait 10 mins after I called him when we get to the new location but we waited over half hour and location was not ready. Too much mosquito in house
The host ask one hour early check out the day before for none sense

We were upgraded due to a water leak that occurred in listed property the day before we arrived. David, our host, immediately offered us alternative Jaffa location, in a beautifully authentic duplex apartment in Jaffa, with sea views, a garden terrace and separate chill-out balcony. David provided fresh produce upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with dried goods, teas and spices, etc.

Excellent communication with David. Arrival was seamless. Location cannot be beat. Just down the hill is the Mediterranean. The view heals the soul. 5 min drive to a supermarket, 10 min drive to the flea market, 15/20 minute drive to Tel Aviv. The kitchen is perfect for a beach getaway--tons of pots, plans, plates, cups, etc, and David even stocks food/cooking items (oil, dried beans and pasta, canned veggies, spices, etc) to help you get started. The tub on the veranda is the perfect way to cool off in the evening, and those sunsets! Wow.
I think it was just bad timing, but the awning on the veranda broke the week before and didn't get fixed until the day before we left. Freezer conked out too, and we lost our ice cream. The downstairs neighbors were a little touchy about splashing water and noise (even out on the veranda, even during the day). These are minimal and the positives FAR outweigh the negative.

Perfect location, quiet location a few minutes away from Jaffa and Tel Aviv
The sea view from the balcony is superb
Extremely well equipped with every amenity one can think of
The lift was broken and we were not notified, we had to climb the 4 floors by stairs (including our luggage) during the entire stay
