Staff were very kind.
Car park very convenient and very close by.
Nice breakfast.
Handicap room was the furthest room from the elevator. Doesn't make sense.
No safe room in Hotel.
Need also to replace shower head.

The best thing about this hotel is its location: Near the water, within a comfortable walking distance to Dizengof square and restaurants. Also public transportation near by.
The bathroom, while well-appointed and new, is a cabin or cell inside the room which offers limited privacy.

The room setting, it was clean, the location was good, very accessible for public transportation.
The room was loudly since the windows are not sealed properly so I woke up at 4 am ?.
If one likes soft mattress it is great because I am not fan.
The shower was ok on called water but with warm water it was weak, so make sure your room is ok before you setting in the room, I came for one night so I gave up.

From the outside the place did not look very promising, but inside the hotel is very pleasant, staff were very very friendly and accommodating, very decent breakfast and a good location from which to explore TLV.
Hotel is located in a run down commercial building , and from either street appearing in the address it was very difficult to find.

Fantastic location, and I loved the vibe/decor of the hotel. Breakfast was nutritious with a varied menu. And the staff were all extremely courteous and helpful, with Raghad at the front desk deserving particular praise for her professionalism and encyclopedic knowledge of sightseeing highlights, transportation options, etc. All in all, a wonderful stay!

The hôtel is very well situated and is very clean. The bed is very high quality, the room was really nice. I appreciated the small breakfast point always available on the floor.
I believe having a hair dryer in the room would be very useful

Breakfast was a continental breakfast which was adequate and plentiful. Also they had coffee 24 hours along with snacks and jelly donuts for Hanukkah. Front desk people were outstanding.
It was a little noisy due to the hotels location but did not cause much disruption in our trip.
