The room that I got was upgraded and it was a large very comfortable studio with a very comfortable bathroom The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent!!

הייתה לנו חוויה פשוט מושלמת! המיקום של המלון מנצח – שתי דקות הליכה מהחוף, וממש במרכז העניינים של העיר עם נגישות קלה לכל מקום. המלון מעוצב בסגנון בוטיקי ייחודי ומזמין, החדרים מרווחים, מאובזרים היטב ונקיים ללא רבב. יש במלון אווירה נהדרת ורגועה. הצוות ראוי לציון: רועי ודודו במיוחד– כולם היו שירותיים, אכפתיים, ומלאי רצון טוב לעזור בכל בקשה עם חיוך רחב. אין ספק שזה יהיה המלון הקבוע שלנו בכל ביקור בתל אביב!

The rooms were big and pleasant. Although breakfast was not included, there was a complimentary mini breakfast with fruits, cookies and cakes, as well as a fridge with milk and even a non dairy milk and a coffee station.
We had rooms with windows overlooking the beach, but the windows were very dirty from the outside.

The location may be great in some respect, but it has disadvantages -- that place tend to have traffic jams, and it's not too easy to find a parking there, and the parkings aren't cheap. The outside noise was somewhat loud, and the curtains aren't blackout, so my sleep was not very good.
