The host was very responsive.
The room was NOTHING like what was pictured on either the website or Booking.com. It was tiny & dingy, there was a dead roach in the closet, the bathroom door didn't close, the mini fridge couldn't open, unless one opened the door under a sink. Worse was the smell. The room smelled both musty and like urine. I actually mentioned the smell to the proprietor the moment I stepped in, but he brushed it off and said he couldn't smell anything.I had a hard time breathing in the space and spent as little time as possible in it. Thankfully it was only one night and it motivated me to be out early the next morning.

The host was easy to work with and checking in was very easy. The location cannot be beat! It was very nice to have the small kitchen in the room.
I stayed in three rooms on non-consecutive nights (was moved promptly once when air conditioning stopped working). My first room was great and the second room was fine. The third room was not very clean.

The owner of the property harassed me. And accused me of something very rude. He kept knocking at my door speaking so loud towards me. I already filed a complaint about it . He was very disrespectful, I am girl, alone and suddenly he just went and screamed at me. Extremely rude!!!!!!!

It’s reasonably priced for a short stay and the location is good. The facilities are basic for a longer stay. But an overnight or two is good.
I had to lug my two suitcases up stairs to the reception on the first floor, one at a time, as there is no help and no elevator.
